∴  ∠A+∠D=180°  

⇒  60° +∠D=180°  

⇒  ∠D=180° - 60°  

∴  ∠D=120°  

AB∥DC an BC is a transversal line.

∴  ∠B+∠C=180°

⇒  40° +∠C=180°  

⇒ ∠C=180°-40°

∴  ∠C=140°

So, the remaining two angles are ∠C=140° and  ∠D=120°  .
