Apply Pythagoras theorem in Triangles BFC and ADE. Get the base 5 (√(13^2+12^2)) for triangle ADE and for triangle BFC also base is 5 (√(13^2+12^2)). Then AB=EF then EF=15 Therefore find the area 1/2(sum of || sides * height).

1/2(15+20)*12=35*6= 210 sq. units
