End rhyme has been used here .

This is because of "mood" and "rued" the 2 nd and 4 th are rhymed.

I sift the snow on the mountains below,

And their great pines groan aghast;

This is nothing of internal rhyme , external rhyme and alliteration.

Hence it is assonance .

The fair breeze blew, the white foam flew,

The furrow followed free;

Alliteration of the words "breeze" , "blew" , "foam" , "flew".
