Food is very important for health.

Food gives us energy and keep us mentally and physically healthy..

Food contains lots of minerals,vitamis ,minerals ,fats and carbohydrates which is essential for body and immune system...

Eat fresh and veg and home made food and avoid junk food coz it contains lot of fat.

Good food keeps us healthy and active..

Food makes our body figure and perasonality which is too important for present culture..

In breakfast should eat banana,milk ,egg which contains high no. of vitamins

In afternoon eat chappati, pulse and green vegetable at a fix time.

In evening should drink milk daily.It contain vitamin D which makes our bones strong.

In night eat light food not heavy coz it effects on our digestive system..

So include these diets in your daily life you will be fit and perfect.
