No. Of atoms in bcc = no. Of atoms on corner(8*1/8)+ no. Of atoms at body centre(1) + no of effective atoms in the voids if any. No. Of atoms in fcc=1+effective atoms on face centres(6*1/2)+no. Of atoms in void if any. Similarly, in simple cubic , no of atoms= 1 in corners and no. Of atoms in void if any
