In Rayalaseema region,

Paternal Grandmother = Naanna+Amma(father's mother) = Naanamma

Maternal Grandmother = Amma +amma(Mother's mother) = Ammamma

In Coastal Andhra region, irrespective of whether the Grandmother is paternal or maternal, Grandmother will be referred to as “Bhaamma”

P.S. I believe the same goes to Telangana Telugu as well with respect to coastal Andhra dialect.
