your are written wrong question it is krichhoffs 'LAW' krichhoffs circuit law are the two equality that deals with the current and potential difference between in the lumped element model of electrical circuit . they were first described in german physicist Gustav krichhoffs.

It states that the sum of the current at the node will be 0. That means total input equals total output.

Kirchoffs Voltage law:-

It states that the sum of the voltage across closed loop is 0.
