✨♥️✨Polar dielectrics are those in which the possibilities of centre coinciding of positive and negative charge is zero (they dont coincide with each other becauseof shape) eg HCl and NH3. non polar where centre of both positive and negative coincide therfore Dipole moment of each molecule is Zero. they are symmetric.

Answer_

POLAR DIELECTRICS:

Are made of polar molecules.

The center of mass of positive charges doesn't coincide with the center of mass of the negative charges, in the molecule.

In its normal state (i.e. in the absence of any external force, especially electric field), each molecules has some intrinsic permanent dipole and has an asymmetric shape.
