The correct answer is option c - 8

one grandfather and one grandmother =  2

2 fathers and 2 mothers include grandfather and grandmother. So, total = 4.

5 children include 1 set of father and mother, along with 3 children. 4 grandchildren include the 3 children also. The 3 sisters, 1 brother, 3 daughters 2 sons, can be the children and the grandchildren. 1 mother-in-law and 1 father-in-law can be the grandparents. Either of the parent, children, or grandchildren could be a daughter-in-law.

So, by canceling out the common relationships, the total number comes to 8 members.
