Subject: Notification about My Absence due to Urgent Event.
I write to you Formally to let you know that I would be mostly absent for a week from 22 April to 29 April due to some family events which is really important to be attended.
I have to visit my Cousin's residence as it is his first rice eating Ceremony. We are going to departure from here on 21 April's evening. I would be taking my notes from my close friends who would be present. For any submission date regarding any assignments or Projects, Please Inform me after my return. I promise I will submit them within a few countable days.
I appeal to you and mostly sure that you'll accept my absence note and would give me time for the completion of my books. Kindly do the needful.
