Whenever a body starts from rest then its initial velocity becomes zero.
a = 0. 1 ms-²
t = 2 min = 120 s
a). For velocity,
v = u + at
v = 0 + 0.1 x 120
v = 12 ms-¹
b). For Distance,
S = ut + 1/2 at²
S = 0 + 1/2 x 0.1 x 120 x 120
S = 720 m
