Acceleration is directly proportional to charge and inversely proportional to mass.

Let charge be q and electric field intensity be E.

Now, the force experienced by the charge will be:

F = q \times E

Now, the acceleration will be equal to net force divided by the mass of the charged particle (let mass be m):

 \implies a =  \dfrac{F}{m}

 \implies a =  \dfrac{q \times E}{m}

Now, since field intensity is assumed to be constant (i.e. uniform) along the whole field, acceleration will be proportional to:

 \implies a  \propto  \dfrac{q }{m}

So, acceleration will be directly proportional to charge and inversely proportional to mass.
