gandhiji had a main role in civil disobedience movement which started around 1930 and ended 1934. the main aim of this movement is to abolish the british goods and use the indian ones.

#) gandhiji in his book named HIND SWARAJ said that the british rule in india is only due to the cooperation of indians.if we indians fail to coperate with them then their rule would have been demolished .

#) on accounting this gandhiji along with his 78 of his trusted members went for a salt march which is of 240miles from his sabarmati ashram to dandi.

they completed in 24 days by walking 10 miles per day.

#) the main aim was to abolish the salt law made by the britishers .so along with his trusted volunteers he went for a salt march.

#) wherever he stopped womens came out of their house to hear hi s speech.
