According to Article 3 Section 1 of our Bill of Rights (Philippine Constitution 1987), “NO” person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws. The question is, if the premise states NO person shall be deprive of life, liberty, or property (which is the very essence of Natural Right of a person) why did the state imposes death penalty, imprisonment, and collecting tax to the citizens?
