ACCORDING TO NEILS BOHR ELECTRONS REVOLVING IN FIXED SHELLS DO NOT RADIATE ENERGY EVEN THOUGH THE ELECTROMAGNETIC THEORY OF PHYSICS STATES THAT A CHARGED PARTICLE UNDERGOING ACCELARATED MOTION RADIATES ENERGY AND SHELLS ARE CIRCULAR SO WHT MAKES THEM NOT RADIATE ENERGY IN SHELLS??

Due to these fixed shells it can't able to radiat energy . In atom there are many orbits but electrons are found in certain orbits. Therefore due to these all factors it can't able to do so. Hope this ans. is helpful.
