There were many turning points in Nelson Mandela’s life, but one of the most important turning points was his joining of the ANC, an organization that was against the way of the whites in South Africa.

This is the turning point in his life because if he had not joined the ANC than he might not have gone to the prison. It was for the first time that he went to jail after joining ANC. This incident later on turned him to be more violent on his campaigns for free rights for the Blacks.
