According to the poet a person who is lost in the adventure of foreign lands in not capable of loyalty towards one's motherland.  He calls such people as wanderers who would roam from one place to another but never return to their native land.  He mocks at them calling them heartless and emotionally dead without the burning fuel of patriotism.
