According to the third law of motion when we apply a force on a body the body applies equal and opposite force. one student is trying to push a car but he is not able to do so. he is saying that the force I am applying to the car, the car is also applying an equal force to me so the both the force are cancelling each other that's why the car is not moving . tell him why the car is not moving

no what the student says is wrong

it is due to the friction applied by the ground on the car that he is not able to move it

the limiting friction has to be over come by applying a force equal to C*m*g

where c is the friction coefficient

only after that he will be able to move the car

pls mark this as brainliest if it helps
