The reaction is,

CH3CH2OH+CH3COOH--->CH3COOCH2CH3.

Main product formed is ETHER

CH3COOH + C2H5OH ------------>   CH3COOC2H5

                                          conc. H2SO4 (on the arrow as a condition)
