The Total number of bonds in:-

 Acetyl bromide dicarbonyl bis(triethylphosphine)iron(ii) ⇒ 3

Hence The Number of Fe-C Bond = 3 
{ 2 bonds with carbonyl group & 1 bond with acetyl group } .


Reason/ Explanation :- Here Refer to the attachment as you can see in the structural formula of the given complex compound . 
Here you can clearly see that ( Fe-c bond ) , two bonds are attached with carbonyl group and one with Acetyl group.
