Acidic hydrogen is present in Acetylene.

Acetylene ( ethyne ) = C₂H₂

It forms salt with strong base (NaNH₂)

H-C≡C-H + Na → H-C≡C⁻Na⁺ + 1/2 H₂↑

Chemical compound   Formula   Hybridization   % s-character

      Ethene                      C₂H₆            sp³                          25%

      Ethene                      C₂H₄            sp²                          33.33%

      Ethyne                      C₂H₂            sp                            50%

Ethyne has the highest percentage of s-character and therefore most acidic hydrogen is present in ethyne.
