Hey dear...
Here is your answer...
✨Acids are sour....
❇️But.
✨Base are bitter
⭕EXPLANATION :Usually compounds that can liberate free H+ ions tend to be sour in taste.
➡️Now taste is a sense for human beings and could not be stated as a standard. After all, I don't know any one who has tasted concentrated H2SO4.
⭕So we can't say that all acids are sour, and all bases are bitter.
........ ALONE BUT HAPPY......
Hope it helps you!!!!!

- Bitter is possibly the most delicate of all flavours.
- Many people associate bitterness with an unpleasant and terrible flavour. Acidity is indicated by sourness.
- The primary distinction between bitter & sour would be that bitter has a harsh and pungent flavour, whereas sour has an acidic flavour.
- Because of the number of hydrogen ions in acidic compounds, they are thought to taste sour, and while many bases were bitter and alkaline, although this is due to the presence of amine groups in natural bitter chemicals.
- Amine groups are inherently unstable bases. The pH of acids causes them to taste sour.
