Acitinide form oxocations but lanthanides do not. Explain.​

Lanthanides do not form complex easily. Actinides have a greater tedency to form complex with ligands such as thio- ethers. All lanthanides are non- radioactive except protnethium in nature. Lanthanides do not form oxocations, but actinides form oxocation.
