1/v + 1/u = 1/f

1/v = 1/f - 1/u

1/v = 1/-20 - 1/-30

1/v = 1/-20 + 1/30

1/v = 30-20/30×-20

1/v = 10/-60

1/v = -1/6

v = -6cm.

Magnification = - v/u

= -(-6)/-30

= 6/-30

= -0.2
