Explanation:
Actual Event or Adversity- I used to have lots of processed food.
Belief- I should make an effort to learn to cook delicious food.
Consequence- I am having delicious and healthy home-cooked food.
One has to have a positive belief, which in turn affects the consequence. If I had a negative belief then I would have continued on the same path and would have adversely affected my health in the long run.
