D. Building your perspective in life may help you to live more fully. Benjamin Foley in his article "Four Proven Strategies That Will Transform Your Perspective and Life" wrote that the power of mindfulness is to skillfully think by viewing crises and threats as challenges that lead to personal growth. You may agree that living in the time of COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge. But by being optimistic, people can view a bad event like this as a momentary occurrence that will be resolved sometime in the future as Foley pointed in his article. He wrote that instead of contemplating the worst case scenario, an optimist can bring awareness to the situation and realize the temporary nature of the thing. An optimistic person feels they can overcome a difficult.
