You can make "photo frame" out of newspaper

Steps:-

make newspaper 6 sticks of same size(full newspaper) and 6 sticks (half newspaper).

Take a cardboard and paste then in an accurate shape (rectangle, triangle ,etc.).

Paint them using acralyic paint.

Place your photo in between .

Photo frame is ready
