ACTULY i want to ask weather a person with blood group O+ can give blood to the person having blood group A- ............. plz explain why or why not?

no, while the people with blood group o are universal donors . the person with o+ can donate to a+b+or o+or ab+ because the rh+ factor is an antigen found in blood of some people. it will react adversely in recipient's body and may lead to death.bcse rhesus is not present in person having blood rh-.
