AD and CE are the angle bisectors of angle A and angle C respectively.if angle ABC=90,then find angle AOC.

ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: where is o?
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: and it is a triangle?
shinjaag: It must be a triangle..
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: yes
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: thats what i thought

Angle AOC= 90+ANGLE B/2
=90+45
=135 degrees

akashvasu: u can explain in breif
akashvasu: because it is 3 mark questions
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: wait
shinjaag: It was just a formula.

hello,
let the ΔABC with bisectors of ∠A and ∠C meet BC at D and BA at E
the intersection point be O
∠B=90°
let ∠EAD=∠DAC=x
and ∠ECD=∠ECA=y
in ΔABC,
∠A+∠B+∠C=180°
∠A=x+x=2x
∠C=y+y=2y
⇒90°+2x+2y=180°  (angle sum property of triangle)
2(x+y)=90°
x+y=45°
in ΔAOC,
∠OAC+∠OCA+∠AOC=180°     (angle sum property of triangle)
x+y+∠AOC=180°
45°+∠AOC=180°
∠AOC=135°
hope this helps,if u like please mark it as brainliest

shinjaag: Thank u .....
shinjaag: I made use of the formula to make it shorter.. .
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: please mark it as brainliest
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: yes it is a formula
ritvikjain2090ow0ydl: i was doing the same but i saw that it is of 3 marks, hence i elaborated it
akashvasu: ok
