ad is median of ΔABC and His the midpoint of AD,BE produced meet AC in F prove that AF=1/3 AC

in this  their is a construction of DO on AC which is parallel to BF  and now in triangle BCF use  BPT-
so now 
CD/BD=CO/FO 
but CD = BD
so CO=FO
now similarly in triangle AOD using bpt
AF/FO=AE/ED 
but AE=ED
so FO=AF
so now AF=FO=OC
so AC=1/3AC
