Charles Babbage, an English mathematician, inventor and a philosopher was born in December 1791. Often called “The Father of Computing,” Babbage formulated detailed plans for  mechanical Calculating Engines, Difference Engines, and Analytical Engines.

Adam Smith was the author of famous influential books called "An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of Wealth of Nations". He was a Scottish economist and philosopher (1723-1790. His theory of economy was very well known.
