3 \sqrt{2 }  + 5 \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{3}  \\  =  > 3 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{2}  + 5 \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{3} \\  =  > (3 + 1) \sqrt{2}  + (5 + 1) \sqrt{3}  \\  =  > 4 \sqrt{2}  + 6 \sqrt{3}
