Beetroot will work as a pH indicator :
Lemon juice : Little red (Acid)
Soda water : Red (Acid)
Vinegar : Red (Acid)
Baking Soda Solution : Little blue (Base)

Hi there!!
Beetroot extract is one of the natural ph indicators. So the following changes occur with:-
*Lemon Juice:- Light Red (as lemon juice is acid in nature)
*Soda Water:- Dark Red (more acidic than lemon juice)
*Vinegar:- Dark Red (acidic, same as Soda water)
*Baking Soda Solution:- Blue ( blue color occurs as it is basic in nature)
