Now,

As we know the lcm of both the fraction is 1089

We have to bring the denominator same

Like this,

$\frac{ - 100}{121} \times 9 = \frac{ - 900}{1089}$

$\frac{ - 23}{99} \times 11 = \frac{ -253 }{1089}$

Now lets us add them!!

$\frac{ - 900}{1089} + \frac{ - 253}{1089}$

$= \frac{ (- 900) + (- 253)}{1089}$
