Kids of modern days love to watch movies and listen to songs. But they are mostly addicted to mobile games. They spend hours laying down and playing these games. This not only affects their bodies, but also their eye sight.

They don't go out and play active games, instead stay at home. Their idleness might make them vulnerable to diseases. Moreover, they degrade and their scores in studies get low. This is all because of addiction to mobile games.

To stop this, one must make a proper time table to follow which must distinguish equal amount of time for outdoor games, studying, school and mobile games. This will not make the child miss out on anything useful and make the child progress through the teen years without any difficulty.
