Here HCl firstly attack on triple bond because here triple bond is in conjugation and Cl is joined where carbonation is more stable..

Hey dear,
● Answer -
1-chloro but-1,3-ene
● Explaination -
- When HCl is added to but-1-en-3-yne, it will get added to most unsaturated bond (triple bond).
- Addition of HCl over but-1-en-3-yne is determined by anti-Markovnikov's rule.
- When HCl is added to unsymmetrical alkyne in presence of peroxide, H-atom bonds with C-atom having least no of hydrogen atoms on it.
But-1-en-3-yne reacts with HCl to form 1-chloro but-1,3-ene.
CH2=CH-C≡CH + HCl --> CH2=CH-CH=CH(Cl)
Hope this helps you..
