Aditi wants to write an article on Ms word.write down the steps for the following task she wants to use new words to make it more impressive help her in replacing the words with the suitable synonym

steps:

STEP 1: open MS word.

STEP 2: type your article .

STEP 3: select the word which you want to change with it's synonym and do right click there.

STEP 4: there you will get the 10th option 'synonym' click on it.

Step 5: on clicking  'synonym' a dialog box will appear at right side.

STEP 6: select any  synonym and the word will be replaced with its synonym
