additive inverse of -3/2 is 3/2 . when you additive signs will change minus becomes plus. if it was normal number without sign then it will change into minus sign in additive inverse.

If you do multiplicate inverse signs will not change but dinominator becomes devisor for example -5/4 it will change into -4/5. minus sign will remain same.

I hope yo understood both
