aditya has build a cubical water tank with lid for his house, with each outer edge equal to 1.5m. he get the outer surface of tank including the base covered with shapes of tiles of 25cm .find how much he would spend for tiles if the cost of tiles is rs 480 per dozen.

Base area =1.5× 1.5
=2.25 Sq. m
area of 1 tile =25×25
=625 Sq m
1 Sq m = 10000 Sq cm
Base area = 22500 Sq cm
no of tiles required =22500/625
= 36 tiles
