Here are few tips for healthy lay life stile for morning to till hitting the bad late night.
1. Just switch off all the electronics appliances like TV, WIFI & all social media apps at least 1 hour before you’re going to bed.
2. Turn off the light, it starts relaxing the eyes & brain.
3. Put alarm & have good sleeps of 6 to 8 hrs. as doctors recommends.
4. In morning have good walk or yoga.
5. If you like Gym then also you can hit the iron.
6. Never skip your breakfast.
7. Use staircase instead of lifts & elevators.
8. Try to maintain work –life balance or study – sports if you are student.
9. Try to follow little bit spirituality for peace of mind & body.
10 Try to have balance diet.
11. Try to have dinner with family always.
12. Avoid junk food frequently.
