adults r less understanding of the young that the young people are of them because the adults take that situation in their way and with the thinking of their generation they they didn't understand the young feelings and their desire but a person of that stage/age can understand properly coz he has also the same kind of feelings.
older people thinks that the younger r just kids and don't know about this world as much as they do. so the they tries to advise the young generation.
And younger thinks that the olders are of old generation,with old thoughts and thinks themselves more knowledgeable hence, they starts ignoring the older's advise and take wrong steps.

yeah.....i completely obey the statement given.

a young man feels good when he is encouraged by anyone and tries to do such good things to get more and more wishes from others.

but , while the young man do a Good thing , some elder / adult people don't think about that and discourages alot.

an adult thinks that he knows everything than the young one .....

an adult always try to avoid a young when the Young says his/her opinion or decision.

a young can understand another because they think a little bit same .
