☆ADVANTAGES:

1)They contain a large amount of humus which helps for plant's growth

2)They do not affect the soil they make the soil fertile.

☆DISADVANTAGES:

1)They lack in minerals such as nitrogen, potash and phosphoric acid.

2)They are not soluable in water and it takes more time to combine with plants.

advantage-
mamures are natural things .it can't be damage or effects in plants.
manures are not nutrient specific.it contains all amount of nutrients in small quantities
manures aur cheap and taken from the animals...ex-cow dung ......

disadvantages
they works slowly than the fertillezers
they contains less amount of nutrients
