The corruption is a never-ending problem in today's world, but in fact, it is increasing every day. And the reason behind is that people who are on the lower level they want to grow and go on a bigger level for that they use unethical practices in order to have better opportunities and promotions.

There are not many advantages for corruption as it can never be supported or justified.

Advantages:

While the points of interest are for the most part constrained to the individuals who are in an ideal situation than many, there exists the upside of completing your work early. Particularly helpful when the framework is a formality one. Additionally, once in a while, when the system does not permit something, which isn't unlawful all in a general sense but is considered unlawful in the eyes of the system we are functioning in, so the corruption means can be used which are not really unlawful.

Disadvantages:

Corruption is often said to suck the blood away of any nation. The capable ones can complete their work, while the individuals who can't do as such will be pushed behind, making a fracture of monetary classes. The outcome may hop even to societal agitation. With everything taken into account, corruption supports a little group, which leaves the rest unaided.

And for the corruption, the government alone cannot be blamed it's the whole humankind which is responsible for the corruption, so if there is any solution to corruption then we all have to find the solution to it together rather than just focusing on the government for finding the solution.
