Responsible international fisheries trade is an important tool to promote economic growth of many countries and the World Trade Organization (WTO) has been encouraging free trade as a part of globalization.

Ordinance is an important part of our democratic political ecosystem. In India the audience is a type of law which is regulated by the president on the recommendation of the Union Cabinet.

Advantages of ordinance:

1)It helps the president to directly look after on a sudden political issue during the absence of the Parliament session.

2)It aslo helps to reform the whole parliamentary system

Disadvantages of ordinance:

1) Sometimes it dilutes the power of the parliament.

2) president have to follow the advices of prime minister ,which can be illegally used for the benefit of the ruling party.
