ADVANTAGES:
Health:
Any disease or illness has financial impact both in terms of expenditure and potential revenue earning. Swachh Bharat Mission will have positive impact on India’s health care sector.
Clean Technology:
It will involve use of biodegradable fuel and products. Any shift towards clean technology will have positive ripple effect on entire economy.
Individual Productivity:
Swachh Bharat Mission will lead to Healthy India which in turn increase productivity of Indians. High productivity means High earning potential.
Tourism:
India is a land of cultural heritage and rich history. Besides employment, Tourism will help bring foreign money to India which will boost India’s GDP. Swachh Bharat Mission will help in generating employment through Tourism and boost India’s GDP.
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI):
Swachh Bharat Mission is one of the critical link towards economic success of India. Let’s take a pledge to keep our surroundings clean and contribute positively towards Swachh Bharat Mission
DISADVANTAGES:
There cannot be any disadvantages of this mission. Unfortunately, people who started this, they themselves are not serious about it. Swachhata is not possible without Waste Management. There is no solution or ruling on this step 1 towards swachhata.
Secondly, it seems like personal mission of Modi ji only as we go anywhere outside our house, it's all garbage. I can't imagine the amount of Garbage I have seen in Delhi except parts of South Delhi. Go to Rajasthan which is dessert is full of garbage. Anywhere in India , it is horrible.
Government civic Agencies are not fully equipped even for daily cleaning in terms of Manpower, machines etc.Sorry, India has no future here
