- A different perspective: An individual with so many ideas and experience can help the group to find out the solution of any issue from different angles.
- Training ground: The less experienced member of the group learns new ideas while working with group dynamics.
Disadvantages of socialization:
- Social pressure: Work in a group can affect the creativity of an Individual.
- Domination of few: Sometimes the quality outcomes of group decline because of the domination of the few who speak loudest and longest.
- Logrolling(politics): sometimes group member starts politics within the group which reduces the overall progress of the group.
