Every day we can observe that the number of cars increase dramatically.Many people think that we need to increase the number of roads on the outskirts.However,some others believe that it is a massive waste of time and money.This essay will discuss some of the arguments for and against building fast ring roads on the outskirts.

In fact the large amount of traffic will decrease in city center via build ring roads.In addition,population density and rush-hour taraffic will descend therefore population and traffic control will become easier.Moreover,city center will not be the most contaminated area anymore and to a great extent pollution issues will reduce so will not need to make hard laws no longer.Furthermore,nobody will not waste time on congestion when they want to go to the city center thus economy in fuel and energy will ascend.

In spite of the advantages wich have been mentioned,building fast ring roads will cause that city become bigger and as a result management of city become more difficult and more expensive because the increase in extent of city will affect on population growth and pollution.Besides this,buildig these roads will destroy outskirts and its natural environment so it will cause to spend much more money and increase expenditures in waste way.

In my opinion,building fast ring roads is not the best way for reducing congestion and pollution and solving traffic flow problems.In other words,at no time we can not prevent population growth so I think if we want to get better results we have to make laws and decrease cars ownership and use.What is more,we must increase alternative transport more and more and also make people to use this system rather than their private cars.
