communication with distance people in a minute and get instant feedback. it has a great advantage to a business person to a doctor improved patients teacher student relationship, is it travelling, Railway Booking can be done on the telephone.

Disadvantage:
a telephone invites enmity and friendliness in your neighbours we waste our time in unless gossiping. hence we should remain continuous of time while talking to people over phone.
