aerobic respiration takes place in the presence of o2 while anaerobic respiration doesn't take place the presence of o2 ....hope this help u ...plz mark the brain list. ..

Aerobic respiration is the type of respiration which takes place in the presence of the oxygen and is a complete respiration

where as the anaerobic respiration is the respiration that takes place in the absence of oxygen and is as incomplete respiration forming lactic acid and alcohol as products. ..
