Let the speed of train be x km/h.

then speed of aeroplane be (5x +50) km/h

distance covered by train in certain time = 600km

distance covered by aeroplane in the same time = 3500km

speed = distance \: covered \div time \: taken

According to question

600 \div x = 3500 \div 5x  + 50 \\ (by \: cross \: multiplication \:  \: we \: get) \\ 3000x + 30000 = 3500x \\ 3500x - 3000x = 30000 \\ 500x = 30000 \\ x = 60

speed of train =60km/h

speed of aeroplane =5x+50km/h

=300+50km/h

=350km/h
